Reno has a laundry list of fears, really, including giant rocks falling from the sky, elevators, and mama's boys with flowing silver hair. But his biggest one is always going to be the fear that something awful is going to happen to his Rookies, and there won't be anything he can do to stop it.
Warren's fears include being bound up in restraints, and, thanks to Fandom, giant freaking hooks swinging toward him. But the big one is going to be losing his wings. He needs those!
Jono's going alum, but he'll be back on the island at every possible opportunity ever, because he is my Jono and nobody can take him away from me dammit, so you get his fear, too. He's absolutely terrified that he'll lose control of his powers and end up hurting somebody he cares for.
And the newbie, Jim Hawkins, is also completely readable. Him and all of his abandonment issues. His biggest fear would have to be watching the people he cares about walk away from him. Because he's a Disney woobie and he needs to be validated, okay.
